I’m So Glad You’re Here
I have a particular interest in helping women who experience anxiety, struggle with boundaries and relationships, and have self esteem issues. I also enjoy working with issues like racism, sexism, other -isms, narcissistic abuse, and attachment trauma (chronic emotional neglect and/or abuse in childhood). All of these can affect how we move through the world, feel about ourselves, and interact with others, and cause us to feel “stuck." Our work together will be highly interactive, and more than rehashing the same issues every week. Most importantly, our sessions will provide a roadmap to getting “unstuck,” allowing you to take action and make the changes you desire.
My Focus

‘When we deny our stories, they define us. When we own our stories, we get to write a brave new ending.”
