I begin meeting with all new clients on a weekly basis. I find that this frequency and consistency is necessary to build a safe, therapeutic relationship, and make progress as quickly as possible. We will regularly assess when and if it is clinically appropriate to reduce the frequency to every other week, monthly, or as needed.

That all depends on how quickly you make progress, and begin to feel better. Some people begin to see improvements in months, while others take longer. Extended, intensive sessions may provide accelerated progress. We will regularly discuss your progress, and assess your need for therapy.

My fees are $190for 60 minute individual sessions, $380 for 120 minute intensive sessions, and $570 for 180 minute sessions. Intensive session will be prorated for time not used. I accept credit/debit cards for payment.

I do not accept insurance for payment. However, I am considered an “out-of-network” provider, and some heath insurance plans will reimburse around 50-80% of the cost of 60 minute therapy sessions.

Questions to ask your insurance company:

Do I have mental/behavioral health insurance benefits?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

I reserve a limited number of slots for people needing reduced fees. I do not negotiate the reduced fees directly. I participate with two nonprofit organizations, which offer no-cost vouchers, and low-cost fees for those in need.
